Before you book

A few things to know before ordering so your treats, timing, and payment all go smoothly.

Made to order

  • Every order is freshly made specifically for you and your requested date.
  • Finished treats are not kept as ready-made inventory.

Payment & confirmation

  • Standard menu orders are paid in full at checkout.
  • Custom requests are reviewed before payment is requested and do not reserve a date until approved and paid.
  • Current payment options: Cash App and Venmo.
  • Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on timing, supplies purchased, and work already completed.

Timing & changes

  • Please allow 1–2 weeks notice when possible.
  • Orders needed in 6 days or less are rush orders, subject to availability, and include a $25 rush fee.
  • Changes cannot be made within 4 days of the scheduled date, so please submit final names, colors, and design details before that cutoff.

Pickup, delivery & care

  • Pickup hours are 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Other times may be arranged in advance.
  • Delivery is $10 within 10 miles and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply beyond 10 miles.
  • After pickup or delivery, the customer is responsible for proper transport, handling, and storage of the order.

Terms & Order Policy

Orders and payment. Standard menu orders require payment in full. An order is not confirmed until payment has been received and Bori's Treats has accepted the order and availability.

Custom requests. Submitting a custom request is a request for review only. It does not create an accepted order, guarantee availability, or reserve a date. Bori's Treats will contact the customer after review with availability, approved details, final pricing, and payment instructions. A custom order is confirmed only after approval and full payment.

Pricing and changes. Prices shown on the site may change. Custom design details, add-ons, delivery, and approved changes may affect final pricing. Changes requested after approval may be declined or may require an additional charge.

Rush orders. Orders needed in 6 days or less may include the posted rush fee and remain subject to availability.

Pickup and delivery. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, date, pickup/delivery, and location information. Delivery is subject to availability and the posted service area/fee. Cottage-food deliveries are fulfilled in accordance with applicable Texas requirements.

Design expectations. Handmade products may have reasonable variations in color, placement, shape, and appearance. Inspiration photos are references and do not guarantee an exact reproduction.

Food allergies. Customers must review the Food & Allergen Notice and communicate known allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. Bori's Treats does not guarantee an allergen-free kitchen or absence of cross-contact.

Cancellations and refunds. Because products are made or reserved for specific orders, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on timing, supplies already purchased, and work already completed. If Bori's Treats cannot fulfill an accepted paid order, Bori's Treats will contact the customer regarding a refund or mutually agreed alternative.

Customer-provided materials. Customers represent that they have permission to provide any photos, artwork, names, logos, or other materials submitted with an order request. Submitted materials are used to review and fulfill the requested order.

Privacy Policy

Information we collect. Bori's Treats may collect information you provide when requesting or placing an order, including your name, email address or phone number, requested date, service city, pickup/delivery choice, order details, theme information, and inspiration images you upload.

How information is used. We use this information to review, fulfill, communicate about, and maintain records of orders; provide customer service; operate the website; and protect the business and customers from misuse or fraud.

Service providers. Information may be processed or stored by service providers used to operate the website, database, file storage, hosting, and transactional email functions. We do not state or imply that customer information is sold for advertising.

Uploaded images. Inspiration images are used for order review and fulfillment and may be retained with the related order record for business records unless deletion is appropriate or required.

Data choices. Customers may contact Bori's Treats to ask questions about personal information associated with their order or request correction or deletion where appropriate and legally permitted.

Security and retention. Reasonable measures are used to protect customer information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for order fulfillment, business records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Changes. This policy may be updated as the website, business practices, or legal requirements change.
